Welcome to the Javed Kapadia State Farm Agency. I’m proud to serve individuals, families, and business owners throughout Naples, FL, a community I’ve called home since opening my agency in 2007.

My journey to Naples has been shaped by a wide range of experiences. I was born in a small town outside of Toronto, grew up in Chicago, and later lived in Tampa and Orlando before settling in Southwest Florida. I earned my degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, graduating summa cum laude. I am licensed in Property Casualty, Life, and Health insurance and am also a Loan Originator.

My State Farm career began in 1997 as a summer intern in Bloomington, Illinois. After college, I worked as an adjuster in Crystal Lake, Illinois, gaining firsthand experience helping customers navigate claims during some of their most stressful moments. In 2002, I relocated to Tampa, Florida, and in 2004 I was promoted to Senior Agency Field Specialist in Orlando, where I was primarily responsible for marketing efforts across Central Florida. Those experiences ultimately led me to open my own agency in Naples in 2007.

Today, the Javed Kapadia State Farm Agency is consistently recognized as one of the most successful State Farm agencies in the country, earning numerous industry awards. Our philosophy is simple: we see ourselves as teachers. We take the time to educate our policyholders so they can make informed decisions about their Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Pet Insurance, and Financial Services. Our team of licensed professionals brings nearly 80 years of combined experience and is committed to delivering true white-glove service. I’ve also been featured on the front page of the Naples Daily News, in Gulfshore Life magazine, and on local TV affiliates WINK News and FOX4 News. I’m a graduate of the Leadership Collier Class of 2018, an experience that further strengthened my connection to the Naples community.

Community involvement is central to who we are. Our team actively volunteers with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Charity for Change, Meals of Hope, Junior Achievement, STARability, and St. Matthew’s House because giving back locally matters.

On a personal note, I’m happily married and the proud father of two young sons. I’m passionate about travel and have visited more than 90 countries across every continent. Photography is a hobby I truly enjoy, and I stay active through golf, softball, paddle boarding, and high-intensity workouts at OrangeTheory Fitness. I also take great pride in sponsoring and coaching my son’s Little League baseball team.
